To make an electric fx:
First, creat textures:

What I learned: 1. use Subtract (0.5, 0.5 )to make ditort stay in the texture center.
2. use strctch over life, size over life and start Azimoth 360 to 0, end Azimoth 180 to -180 to make rotating stripes.
